Development of a core outcome set for vertebral fragility fractures

We will develop a Core Outcome Set (COS) and an associated list of recommended measurement tools to quantify outcomes of any intervention for a non-traumatic or low-energy traumatic vertebral fragility fracture (VFF) among adults 50 years or older.

There are currently no other studies registered on the COMET Database investigating COS for VFF nor has one ever been published. The current COS registered on COMET are relevant to lower limb fractures and general fragility fractures but none are specific to vertebral fragility fractures.
